Mr. Sanford helped me file my appeal, gave me information about the process, and answered all my many many questions. He was very smart, honest and straightforward- which are great qualities to find in an attorney. He had me contact Kimberly with any questions or paperwork I needed to send in. She was knowledgeable, stayed on top of my claim, and so very helpful. They called if they received something that needed my attention.
