Attorneys

Robert Earl Wilson has been practicing law for 32 years, mostly representing injury victims. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1975. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating in 1970. Mr. Wilson is the founding partner of Wilson & Parlett, formed in 1988. Since that time he has focused almost exclusively on litigation of personal injury cases, trying literally hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients. Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court  and the United States District Court for Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Wilson is also a member of the Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

W. Timothy Parlett is a 1985 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1981. Mr. Parlett was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1985 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1988. He was also admitted to the United States District Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Parlett is the managing partner of Wilson & Parlett, where he represents exclusively injury victims, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mr. Parlett is a member of the Maryland and DC Bar Associations and the Prince George’s County Bar Association.

Ryan P. Richie graduated from Rutgers University in 1994 and the University of Baltimore School of Law, cum laude, in 1999. In law school, Mr. Richie participated in the American Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial competition, the Labor Emplyment Law Mock Court Competiton and also worked as a Rule 16 student attorney for the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1999 and District of Columbia Bar in 2001. He is a member of the Federal Bar, the Prince George’s County bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Wilson & Parlett in 2002, Mr. Richie worked as defense counsel for a large insurance company. Now he represents the interest of injury victims, trying cases regularly in Circuit and District courts, federal courts, and also before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Social Security Administration.

Scott G. Sanford is a 2006 graduate of the American University's Washington College of law. He graduated Cum Laude and was a member of his school's Moot Court team, Journal of Gender and Social Policy, Business Law Brief, and Civil Practice Clinic. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with majors in History, English, and Political Science. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. He was admitted to the Maryland and New Jersey Bars in 2006 and he will be admitted into the District of Columbia and New York bars in 2007. He is a member of the Prince George's County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Prior to joining Wilson & Parlctt, Mr. Sanford worked for the claims litigation counsel of a large insurance company. He now represents injury victims in worker's compensation, social security, and civil cases.
